Diesel routine maintenance

I have a 2004 Tropi-cal with a 330 hp Caterpillar engine. I'd like to start performing all of the routine maintenance myself. Opening the back engine compartment, reveals very little other than the radiator. Is there a maintenance manual or website that will show me where to find everything that needs to be serviced and instructions on how to do it? Like oil and fuel filters, grease fittings, etc.
I'm hoping to find something specific to my setup that I can easily follow.

Thanks in advance for any input !!

Here's a quick list of things to check:

Here's a link to Cat for manuals. They are often also available on eBay.

You might also check your chassis manual for information about servicing the engine and suspension.
