Dolphin Headlight Lens Replacement

My 2006 Dolphin driver's side headlight lens is very scratched and milky colored. I know there are tricks out there on the internet and also kits available, but mine has already been treated once by a garage and it didn't last. I think it is time to be replaced and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a source for a new one.
Thank you,
Dave

Have not tried this...but rub 100% DEET lotion on the lens, let sit for xxx minutes and wipe off with water.

Your headlight lens probably has a string of letters and numbers embossed on it. If you Google them you will discover what automotive vehicle the lenses were originally used on. From there it's pretty simple to find a supplier of replacement lenses on Amazon or elsewhere.

Pretty sure that's a pretty common RV headlight, it's from a Ford Expedition.

It's been mentioned many times here. You'll find part number and other info if you poke around a bit here.

Try early 90's Chevy Tahoe.

I have a 2002 Dolphin and I replaced my headlights. They are from a Chevrolet Astro or GMC Safari. I bought the assembly from CARiD.com. The taillights are from a Ford Econoline van.

I have used Brasso Metal Polish on mine for the last several years, it works for me.

I replaced them, they are 2006 Ford Expedition headlights.

Dolphin Headlight Lens Replacement

Iím not certain but I donít think the Ford ones will work on his 2006. I believe on his it will be closer to the Chevy models as mentioned.

I just recently saw several options available on eBay. I typed in 2004-5 Dolphin motorhome headlights and several came up. Even some cool updated versions. Good luck.

There are several companies which have kits to clear the lens which work quite well . There are also similar items which were intended for clearing motorcycle windshields which I have used. Save your self the money and try one of these.

Here is a video of the BG headlight kit I used. I was surprised how well the headlights came out.
