Dolphin Main slide bottom scratched

99 Dolphin and bottom of the main slide is getting badly scratched. Trying my best to determine what it is doing it and plan this weekend to do the 4x4, jack and then lift the inside edge that I see as the most common approach.

Does this unit use rollers? Plastic skids? Or both? Anybody have pictures or video working on it. I really want to avoid taking it to a shop and the expense of a forklift to work on it.

From tracks on the old carpet, looks like four rollers pointing down and leaving imprints on the carpet, but if that, I can't envision what's scarring the bottom of the slide unless there are skids as well. And I've never seen the anatomy of a Power Gear electric slide in the Dolphin.

My 98 Dolphin has slides that run across the inside floor. Yours may be getting worn. On mine, I found that the rubber moulding that buffers the slide as it is pulled into its frame had come out at the top which allowed the slide to slip out a bit at the bottom. This put extra pressure on the inside slides. You can also put slide locks at the bottom to help hold the bottom in place if that's the problem See YouTube video titled "RV Slide lock upgrade" (https://youtu.be/oAJPI1gtwUs)
