Drawers to replace cupboard

After finishing my TV conversion in my 2003 Dolphin, my wife wondered if she could have more drawers in the kitchen. My Dolphin is woefully inadequate in that department. We decided to replace a cupboard under the silverware drawer with additional drawers. I cut out the opening for the existing drawer to make it larger and then added three drawers where the cupboard was. My wife is thrilled with the outcome.

Very nice wood work, that's a good idea. Why couldn't National do that when the optional oven was installed and loosing three drawers. Your is similar to our Dolphin with the optional oven.

Hi Steve,
When I get around to modifying our cabinet, can I PM you if I have questions?

Thanks,

I Had a different config, I had 2 doors under the 1 one drawer. as it turned out the doors were able to be rotated and used for drawer fronts and fit perfectly. i just used some matching wax putty to fill the original handle holes.
