electric power

Have a 2004 Nat SeaBreeze LX only the 110 power will work when plugged to shore power. AC will not work. No 12 volt power. Transfer box ?? Unable to start generator. Using surge protector which shows good outlet.

Are you connecting to a 50 AMP pedestal? If so, it sounds like 1 leg of the service is not getting through. Possible bad outlet or breaker at the pedestal, transfer switch, or main circuit breaker in your RV. Try disconnecting and re-connecting your plug, and switching circuit breakers on and off a few times. Beyond that:

You will need a voltmeter or circuit tester.

I believe the AC requires 12 volt at the thermostats to function. Probably the reason the AC does not work. Sounds like a 12 volt issue. Check the usual suspects, the 12 volt switch at the door, reset the inverter/converter, check connections at battery, and check fuses.
Maybes someone familure with your rig can help locating fuses to check.
