Engine air filter location

This is a duplicate thread that I started yesterday in the general thread area, but since it is specific to National RV's, there was a suggestion to move it here.
We have a 2000 National Surf Side with a 7.4 L, V8 gas engine. National did a good job of finding a secret location to hide the engine air filter. It's not in the usual suspect areas: up front by the radiator or noticeably visible under the dog house. Really would appreciate some help on this. Should be an easy DIY job, but it's not. A really good description or photo would help. The drawing in the Owner's Manual makes it look like it's next to the radiator.

Thanks in advance for any help.

That is where mine is. Workhorse chassis up in the passenger wheel well. Should be a snorkel in the engine compartment you can follow to it.
