Engine smoke,,

I have had my 01 7390 ltc stored for about 2 months. Went out and cranked it up, both generator and engine. When i turned on the dash a/c, it blew hot and after about 5 minutes smoke was coming from the engine compartment. The pulley on the left at the engine was REALLY hot and seemed to be the source. The belt was ok and it was spinning, but something definitely isn't right. I know it's bad, but.... Anyone..??
