do you have vinyl tile on the floor? If so, you can heat it with a hair dryer to help soften the adhesive and gently pry up an edge. Be careful- slow and gentle upward pressure.
If you have ceramic tile- that is a whole other procedure

Most coaches I've seen have 3/4 inch plywood as the subfloor. This is bolted down to the main frame rails. It may also be bolted or tapped screwed to minor floor supports.

That said, if it isn't the tile loose, it could be you have a joint in the subfloor in that area. If the plywood is not tongue and groove, you could have popping in that area. It could also just be the floor has warped a bit due to some moisture. Whatever the case, it will take removing the tile to find the cause.

What year and model is your coach? I just bought a 96 Dolphin and have what sounds like the same thing but more in the area og the kitchen towards the bathroom.

The weight of the person walking on the floor can make a difference.
