This last winter on the way home the passenger side wind shield cracked in the corner where it curves around, at the very bottom, stress crack I assume. I have a 2001 National Islander. If one of those cracks spread into the flat part, up into the passenger's vision area it will have to be replaced.
I have glass coverage, $250. deductible. Two questions: Would you let it go until it needs to be replaced? And are the glass the same in a 2001-2002 Tropical, looks the same in pictures? I though maybe I could get a used glass and have someone put it in.
