Fuse location for Kwikee steps

A friend is troubleshooting step problem on his 2006 National Dolphin. He can not locate the ignition override fuse. This is the signal that makes the steps retract when you start your engine. Does anyone know where this fuse is located?

His email to me:
Where is the ignition fuse for the Kwikee steps on a National 2006 ford f550
I did look at the fuses under the hood, all used by Ford.

Manual makes it look inline, but itís all wrapped, doubt itís under there somewhere.

Thank you in advance for any help.

I do not have a national, my fuse for the step retraction is located in the chassis fuse block. one of the fuses that is energized when the ignition key is activated.

Update: Fuse not actually bad. He figured out that with the door open, the stairs won't come in with the ignition on. Door has to be closed. The old stairs, that got ripped off when they did not come in, did not work that way.

Anyway, problem resolved.

Check under the pop off panel above the dash gauges.
