Gas tank fill pipe cover

Anybody know where i can find a fill pipe cover (see photos)? This plastic part covers the gas tank fill pipe where it comes thru bedroom floor then out the side wall of motorhome. 1997 National Dolphin..

Fab shop could make one out of metal for you.

Or make one out of a 8"? plastic elbow pipe and rivet a flange to it. It would depend on how visible the piece is, but it could always be painted?

you might consider a layer of fiberglass resin and if necessary a layer of cloth... that should be an easy fix.... maybe $30 in parts...
