GC/10-4F water heater help

New to RVs... My water heater quit working I checked and the pilot light is out.

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on what I need to do before trying to relighting it?

I'm not very mechanically inclined so please easy instructions.

What pilot light? There is no pilot light unless you refer to the lighted switch for ac power to the water heater. Check ac breaker panel in hallway for breaker labeled WH and reset it.

Richard sorry to be such a bother.
I did find the breaker was triped so I reset it and tryed it again and it triped the breaker again... It runs on 12v could it be the heating element?
Any help would be appreciated

I have been on Google videos trying to find the problem but not to good with computers

Yes, more than likely it's the element. It cannot be turned on without water in the heater!
