Check the ground cable at each end. Make sure it is clean and tight especially at the frame. Remove the ground cable where it attaches to the frame and clean real good. If that doesn't cure the problem could be a bad starter solenoid, it's just like the old Ford ones. You can jump across terminals of the solenoid from the 12V supply side to the small positive terminal to test if that is your problem. Also, do you leveling jacks work? If not check the 150 amp circuit breaker on the lower right corner, it's on the back side of the BCC. It feeds both the generator and jacks.
