Getting to front of gray water tank

I am going to try one more time hoping someone can answer my question.

I have a 2000 34ft Sea View with 2 slides.

I have a leak in my gray water tank. I think it is near the front where the water drains out. Reason: I have gotten into all the other angles with no sign of a crack or leak. The last bay to get into is the one right in front of the back passenger side wheels. That is where the furnace blows heat into the tank area.

I am assuming once I get the back of that bay off, there will be a 'wall' that keeps the heat in the tank area and would be in front of the tank. I may be wrong but hoping someone else has been into there. I want to see if the tank can be patched vs replacing which I can't afford.

Has anyone been into there? None of the schematics I have show that area.

Here is the schematics showing where the tanks are and where the drain from the gray water is. Also, the only bay I have yet to open up which is probably the only way to get to the front of it. But I would like to know what I am getting into before attempting. In the bay picture the black tube on the side is where the heat goes into the tank area.

I have a leak in my 2008 dlc35 where the tank top meets the tank front wall but it is on the driver side. Mine has a narrow, about 18" wide door just in front of the rear wheel that has an access panel that lets you see the tank. Unfortunately the leak is to far in to reach so l just keep an eye on the tank level and drain it before it gets full. Also my tank is sort of an L shape and the leak is right at the junction of the L. Good luck.

It's hard for me to tell from your drawing where your shower is, but it looks like perhaps it's on the driver's side, to the rear of (and on the other side of the wall from) the living room slide-out. If that's the case, it sounds like mine, and I think the gray water tank is "L" shaped, with the top of the L under the shower and the bottom of the L under the floor in front of the fridge and furnace. I can't actually see the gray water tank anywhere, and like you, I'm not sure how I would access it if I ever needed to.

Post #18 in the thread below has some details that show tank locations in my Dolphin.
