Sounds like it may be basement heat supply. Have you looked in the basement where the tanks or service bay is ?

Though ours isn't the same model but is in the National family , I believe there is one
going down and comes up under the washroom vanity and one goes down into a closed in space in the basement where the water pump is located. ( behind the water service/control valve panel) This image doesn't show where this one goes but I believe I saw it when I had the Plumbing panel off and looked
across this cavity and saw a heating hose at the other end. I hope you find the answer.

I have two in my 99 Tradewinds. One goes into the tank area for gray and black tank heating. The other goes into the area that has the fresh water tanks. I can see a plywood box over the fresh water feed in the forward bay on the passengers side. We have a front door entry so yours is no doubt not in the same place.

These make the coach year round useable according to the National propaganda.

Mine has a heating duct that enters the basement and terminates above the gray tank for basement heating.

A second duct goes into the same space but renters the living space in the bathroom and feeds that room as well as a second register in the bedroom.
