Help with dolphin 6355 please

We just purchased a 36' 2003 LX dolphin unfortunately seller no longer had manuals so I'd love to find those.
We can't seem to get furnace to produce heat. Fan will blow but no heat. 2nd problem is A/C won't turn on either, guessing I'm not setting thermostat correct. 3rd problem is fridge will only work on gas I plugged power to house and tried gen set. Only gas either way. I'm starting to get frustrated.
Dolphin is super clean and was well taken care of and thought we got a great deal on it. Now I'm starting to worry. Praying for an easy fix or that I'm not setting something correct.

Think we have same equipment as you (maybe).....Atwood furnace 8535-IV-DCLP.....AC could be Dometic/DuoTherm 600315.321 and thermostat is DuoTherm #3109228.001. It is the 5 button stat.

Fridge might be Dometic New Dimensions NDR 1292, product#921-1480-40.

See if you can find instr books from mfr or or-line...or perhaps some kind soul can scan and email you. I am a Luddite and can't scan. I do have a fax......

Not to worry, sounds like minimal work/cost. Why not hire a mobile RV mechanic to come over and fix things, and........go thru everything that moves and you use your video camera or take notes. Or go visit a dealer and do this same approach .....

Thanks to all for your info.
I was able to determine than 110 power from the house was not enough,
I started gen and fridge finally switch to a/c . And roof air came on!!
Still have furnace problem.one of my buddies said he's sure he can figure out what issue is. the last owner was afraid to use anything that needed propane so they never cooked in it or used furnace. Shoes were not allowed inside either. They never even washed dishes in it. They had a portable sink and used BBQ I'm pretty sure Bbq was gas so...that's odd. But good for us the dolphin is super clean and we picked it up cheap. It has low miles new tires and 4 new deep cycle batteries even a new 6D under the step. So we should get many years of use to the drag strip and sand dunes. Great power from the 8.1 and Allison trans feels firm. Rides much better than the class C and sure is quieter
