Help with electrical questions

Would anyone happen to know where the Breaker is for the accessory relay ie; Wipers, Backup Camera, Running lights, and a few other accessories. This looks like a solenoid, the hot wires which are not sending any juice are white with a red stripe marked with a # 2&3, I have looked just about everywhere for the correct Breaker, but have not been successful, when we jump this terminal it activates the solenoid, and we have the needed accessories. We have a been using jumper wire across the Solenoid, when using the Moter Home.
The Unit is a 2005 National Tropical t370lX
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the battery disconnect solenoid. Check for switch near door, sometimes called salesman switch.
