My 2001 has a bunch of fuses in two locations:
1- on the wall to the left of the drivers' seat....under the level bubble. The cap is held on by a strip of velcro.
2- The other is the passenger side outside storage compartment...just ahead of the door.
hope you have an owners manual...that would tell you what fuse it is, and where. Only problem is the schematic might not look the same as the actual fusebox. Not a biggie, tho...
Something else you might want to check is the harness connector(s) under that seat. If you rotated the seat at all, you might have pulled them (or the wiring) apart.
Thanks a lot for all the helpful replies I finally found the problem it was a pinched wire between the rails of the passenger seat it created a dead short and when I found the fuse in the compartment with the batteries (the last place I looked an hour and a half later)It was so hot I burnt my fingers pulling it out just have to get a set of connectors tomorrow Thanks Again
