Contact jrvproductsinc.com. They can help you diagnose your problem. Cleaning tanks will help sometimes but mind was a bad circuit board.

Are they not lighting up, or just indicate full all the time?

It took about 5 or 6 tanks of rinsing using the Geo Method for my sensors to clean up. Dumping, refilling with clean water and driving a hundred miles or so to slosh stuff around really helped.

JVR told me to cut wire that goes from tank to monitor and if it still shows full it's a bad circuit board. But you can try tank cleaning first.

My tanks were showing full all the time and I first put in liquid plumber after dumping and adding a lot of water then driving to next location. did that a few times, then after dumping and adding a LOT of water, I put in about half a box of powdered dishwasher soap. I drove about ten miles or so turning often and sloshing the mixture in the tank as much as I could without throwing stuff around. After I dumped that time, My sensors worked fine. Do this for gray water too. It is good to have them working even if they are not totally vital.
