House radio switch.

My house radio switch was mysteriously pulled out and broke the plastic lever. I've glued it several times with Gorilla Glue but it doesn't hold. Does anyone know where I could purchase another one?

Thank you so much. I spoke to Niabi and she has one that is not identical but she thinks will work. It is in the mail and should be here in a few days.

Checked out Daystar and it does look like those. If the one I've ordered does not work I'll check with them. thanks for the reply
