Looks like this page has some info

As a resident of hurricane ravaged NC I would avoid the eastern side of the state. Delivered my MH to a friend yesterday in New Bern to stay in while he repairs the flood damage to his house. From my home in Fayetteville I had to reroute a few times to get to New Bern. So yes 95 is not a road you want to be traveling for the next week or so.
