Converter working: Suspect list
Disconnect switch (may be marked USE/STORE) in STORE (Disconnected/off)
Fuse: blown
Breaker(s) Trpped

What battery control center do you have? Some have a pair of 30 amp breakers in the bottom of the box push UP hard to reset
UNPLUG first, and wait for a bit, then push up HARD, you should feel/hear the click, then plug back in.

On my coach when I 'Gas up' (propane) I kill the 12 volt house system.

one time if failed to re-engage.. (Bad switch) IF this is the problem Post, it was a no cost fix.

The converter is located in the right front compartment, on the left wall of the compartment. It is plugged into the outlet that is also on the left wall.

Part of your problem is what my father taught me never to do. He said, and I Quote " don't ever buy a house with a yard bigger than your wife can mow." LOL

I was going to mention the circuit breaker because mine tripped when I changed out the batteries. I spent all day looking for it and being an electrician it was difficult to find and when I did I didn't know they were resettable. I dug through about 3 layers of wires to remove it because I thought it was a fuse. Once I got it out I saw the button on the side of it I could have reset with a toothpick.
