I have 2000 Tradewinds 7373 Does anyone have wiring diagram that shows how the 120 volt output from the converter get in the the house electrical system? I have a diagram that shows the 120 volt and 12 volt going in to the converter but nothing shows how it patches in the the 120 volt system as far as output.

While you're waiting for more specific help maybe you could tell us the exact problem you are having?

Some of the smaller Inverters ( 12VDC to 120VAC ) are wired to a TV or two.

The larger Inverter/chargers output the 120VAC to the AC panel and a automatic switch changes from the various inputs (genset or shorepower).

I was in my coach the other day the unplugged the shore power and had no output from my inverted/converter, front and rear TV's work but they are on the own small inverters.
The inverter/converter is charging the batteries when the coach is plugged it. It has been cold and snowy so I have crawled under the coach and traced the wires, I was wanting to know does the invert go in to the main power switch/relay? If it does where does it connect in, my switch has 3 contactors: one to shore power, one to generator and one leads to the main load station. So what switches in the inverter /converter.

If it's a inverter/charger, it will switch internally.

It senses the loss of 120 power input and transfer it to its inverter output, using the batteries.

Most inverters only power a single circuit or group of circuits, leaving the water heaters, AC units and other high amp things out.

All of this happens after the transfer switch, you found.

The model of inverter will help answer other questions. Do check your breaker panel for tripped breakers.

I haven't really look into it I was wanting to understand the system before wandering in to it blind, When it warms up I guess I will just start tracing the 2-120 volt output from the inverter and see where I have voltage and where it stops. But somewhere those 2 circuits have to join into the input of the load station or to select circuits after the load station.

One of your 120 volt breakers powers your inverter. The 120 volt wire from that breaker goes straight to your inverter. There will be a 120 volt wire that comes out of the inverter, and powers all the items [TV's, outlets, etc.] that the inverter powers when it is turned on. When you are hooked up to shore power, the 120 volt current goes through the inverter to power the same items that the inverter does.

Mine is not like that my TVs have separate small wall plate style inverters at their location feed by a 12 volt line they never get near any 120 volt from the coach shore line, generator or main converter. On the front TV there is dash switch the changes from the dash radio to the TV. The switch powers up the TV and well as changes the ceiling speakers from the radio to the TV.

I do not think the outlets are fed through converter, as according the manual the GFI by the sink is powered when using the inverter, and it has it's own 15 breaker in the load station. In the load station there is a 20 amp breaker that goes to the converter to charge batteries, I have a wiring diagram for the input to the converter, just not the output.
