Inverter Install

I would like to install a Renogy 1000 watt inverter. Since the inverter was an option that wasn't included in my rig, is the coach prewired for this install or is this project going to require running a lot of new wiring? The wiring diagram shows an empty connection with a 30 amp breaker designated as "to inverter". Would this be where battery connection to the inverter goes instead of directly to the battery? Will wiring need to be done back to the main panel to make this the same as a factory install? From what I understand, all the outlets except the GFI's would be served by the inverter.

I've included a couple pictures.

What size was the factory inverter option? A 1000w inverter will draw around 90amps DC at full load

Inverter Install

I installed a 2000 watt inverter in our Tradewinds.
Nothing was pre wired.
I put a large junction box under the closet floor and ran sealtite conduit the the panel and to the inverter.
I then wired one buss of the panel through the inverter so all of my top bar breakers are on line when the inverter is in use. I did have to move an a/c unit breaker to the bottom bar to keep it off of the inverter. All of my outlets function through the inverter.
I ran 2/0 wire from the batteries through a 350 amp fuse to the inverter, also in conduit.
My inverter has a 30amp pass through transfer switch built in that passes through without having to turn the inverter on. Some inverters have to be on to pass through and some need a separate transfer switch so pay attention when you buy one.
I kept my separate charger and installed.
Our coach is 50 amp.

The 30 amp breaker is for a 300 watt inverter.

With a 1000 watt unit, you will want much larger 12 volt cables, as others have mentioned.
