Jack-speedometer issue 1996 Dolphin

I have a 1996 dolphin (purchased in fall of 1995)with Power gear jack system Manual system(1994-1999). When I sometime use the jacks it starts effecting my speedometer, it start bouncing and when I try to go down the road it affects shifting. This does not happen all the time. I been to Ford and several rv repair shops no help. I contacted Power gear by email. Not there problem again no help. They did provide me with a manual. Normal driving and parking without the jacks. the speedometer functions fine.

Studying the power gear wiring diagram it looks like pin 5 key side switch +12 vdc connects into the front breaker panel. I believe the panel is on the left side below the dash. My question is where does it connect on the panel. ford fuse illustration does not show this location. Does any one know how that wire hooks up and it color coding for this wire..

I Am thinking of installing a normally open relay and using my house batteries so I don't have noise ie frequency feeding back to the speedometer circuit. The feed for the normally open circuit would be feed by the emergency brake switch. I think this will work, but still may not fix the problem

At first I was going to use pin 1. but that has power and uses the emergency brake switch to complete the circuit.

The only temp fix I can do is disconnect the battery and reset the computer, but thats a nuisance and requires a few minutes to reset.

Any thoughts, comments would greatly be appreciated. Ive been spending money for two years and no results.

Check the grounds for the jacks. Bad grounds can cause strange things to happen. Make sure the grounds are clean to bare metal and tight. If the grounds are not good for the jacks that could be your problem even if you don't think they are connected.
