Sometimes the fluid level in the supply tank is down. even tho the jacks are up, the fluid level does not reach the switch that signals the dash that the jacks r up. Check the fluid level. This happened to me.

We have had similar problem for years: sometimes they don't want to come up, other times don't want to go down. We just sit and wait, sometimes has been overnight. Was told we need a new, upgraded control panel but the only ones we found have two plug-ins and ours only had one. Power Gear would not tell us how it would work just it needs upgraded.

Check fluid level in tank. If it is not high enough to reach a sensor the jacks down light stays on. Happened to me. Added fluid to tank and all ok now.

Check the tank level. If the level is low the indicator for the tank level will not trip and the control system thinks the fluid level is low.

it's a float switch inside the hyd tank, on the top of the tank there is a fill plug, my tank is right behind my front right wheel. Make sure the jacks are up all the way, then use a small funnel and fill it. I had to use a floor jack to get mine up because it sat for so long when I first bought it. The more I used them the better they got, after about 15 times up and down, they retract on their own now. I thought I would have to buy new springs, all's good now. I did use both silicone as well as wd 40 to make sure the rams were clean and lubed.
