Key Fob

Hello Everyone,
I just bought a 2007 tropical. The original owner did not have the remote for the awning which he said was on the key fob. It is possible that there also is a lock out option on it. Can anyone please help point me in the right direction.

Looking forward to your replies, I have a key fob that the original owner had no idea what it was for and I've never taken it out of the package.

If you have A&E awnings, the "fob" is a wireless control that operates the door and main awnings, which are the only motorized awnings on your coach. There is no "Lock out" on the device.
I am not aware if there is a lock out circuit in my awning harness or not. I have never felt the need to try and deploy any awnings while driving down the road!!! And so far I have always remembered to retract them before we move...
They are on EBay from time to time or you can buy one from Dometic for about $50.00.
A new one will easily pair to your awning controller. I have the instructions if you need them. Dometic will only give you the instructions if you buy a replacement from them. I bought mine on EBay.
