Here are some of the places I have found leaks;
Remember: Water travels....
Under the trim where the front/rear cap and sidewall meet.
Inside the sidewall where the manufacturer's foam insulation separated, allowing one to see daylight by the wheel well once the interior wall was removed.
Side windows: remove the windows, install new butyl tape around the edge.
While the window is out, seal the sandwich of luan and foam (or whatever your construction type is) with metal tape to keep any window leaks from dripping down into the walls.
Seams between floor underlayment: Gaps to daylight.
Class A drivers door (riveted in: Drilled out to R&R & re-seal)
Roof vents.
Roof plumbing vents.
Seams where corner trim meet.
Air conditioner seals.
Roof edge molding.
Clearance lights.
Holes drilled by aliens late at night.....
