Level Gauge Issues

I have a 08 Sea Breeze that only has one and sometimes two level indicators that will work. The LP gauge and the black water level tank guage.
It is a pre-owned motorhome and the original owner said he had the same problems when the coach was brand new.
I have tried almost every chemical made that was supposed to help clean the sensors....to no avail.

Would appriciate any thoughts or comments.

My Tropical has the same issue with the black water tank. I bought the rinsing wand and with high pressure through the toilet I rinse where the sensors are. I do that once a month. That works for me.

Thanks for the suggestion, However my Sea Breeze has a built in washer/flusher tube in the black water tank which I use frequently and consequently have little issue with the level gauges in it. My issues are with the grey tank and fresh water tank sensors. ???
