Happened to me too on our 08 Tropical. Here is the Service manual to ours which includes the troubleshooting section. Hope it is the one you need. Power gear has a phone Tech you can talk to. You are looking at "no power to the control panel."
Possibilities are no 12v from the ignition switch, blown fuse and (the big one) bad main board. Jiggle the key while in acc mode. Try it with the engine running. Make sure you have dumped the air. There are reset routines that the tech can describe. You can get down in the basement and find the main unit in the exact center of the RV below the floor in a compartment and unplug and plug in the wires in case they are loose.

In my case it was a blown main module from an electric surge and I was able to locate one to replace it. Call the tech.

Hope the manual helps.

make sure parking brake is set, transmission in park and house battery switch is on.

the system gets 12volts from house and chassis battery's
make sure you have a light on the dash for parking brake set, if that switch is not working it will stop your leveling system from working .

If you have a 2003.....remove the jack pad from the arm rest and look to see if any plugs came loose.
