Leveling Jacks Reservoir, 1999 Sea View 8330

Just wondering if someone can tell me where to find the reservoir for the Power Gear leveling jacks in my National Sea View. I bought this coach a few months ago and I’m pretty sure the fluid is way overdue for a change. Thanks.

It should be right behind the grill on the passenger side for the Ford F-53.

While lowering the jacks, follow the noise, you'll find the pump and reservoir..

Although not really necessary to flush and re-fill, Its not a bad idea. I did it on mine just for piece of mind.

You should have the same leveler system as I have. I've done a lot of work on my leveler system, you may be interested in this information:

Hi,
I hope this will help.
On my 1997 36' Dolphin I have a large circle tank with hoses ruining under my rig to the different jacks.
My tank is located under the front hood on the Driver side of the rig.
You should see a black tank with hoses coming out of it and next to the top of the tank on the side you will see a (what looks like a bolt head).
With the engine OFF and the jacks up, remove the nut light cap and you will see a dip stick that will show you if it needs fluid or not.
Just a thought

We had a 2000 8334 Seaview in a past life and the reservoir was located behind the front grill. It’s a big reservoir so make sure you have someone to help if you need to remove. We had the Seaview for 16yrs and loved it. Dropped the fluid for the jacks once. Rebuilt the motor once and the two front legs once when the seals began to leak. Believe it cost me about $12 per leg and my labor.

Good luck and enjoy your Seaview.....
