Locking gas cap??

I've been looking for a locking gas cap. I have a 2007 Dolphin 35 foot. Gas of course and the two I've been sold do not work. Any suggestions from the group as to what I can get to lock the tank? Had a friend in town who was siphoned the other day.. Thanks.

Suggest you drive your RV to the auto parts store. That's what I did. They let me check the cap to see if it fit before I bought it. I guess I was lucky, first one fit perfectly.

What chassis is your rig? If Ford, then get a Ford locking gas cap. If you're not sure, take the one that came on the rig and go to the parts store and match it up. Be warned. A locking cap will NOT keep someone from taking your gas. They can always drill a hole in the tank and take your gas.

If your asking for a gas cap for a Dolphin you will never find it. Your chassis is a Ford F53 that's what you ask for. Probably and F series Ford of your chassis year will fit.

Thanks friends. Yes, Ford Chassis. That is what I told the parts guy, got a slant cap that does not work so will get another one. Yes, know that they can get under and drill but that really does take work and most criminals are lazy...

Glad to see some other dolphin owners here. I'm so impressed with The National Dolphin... plan on keeping this one as long as we can.
