We tried a couple of different ramps. The dogs were not especially thrilled with them and they really were not people friendly - had to take them off to use. We bought some steps from Petloader Dog Steps for Trucks and SUVs that worked perfectly. Dogs loved them. They supported us just fine and were a lot easier on our knees than the motorhome steps. We would set them up on arrival and just leave up until ready to leave.

We bought #62321 folding ramp from Solvit Products

64 inches and 32" x 16" when folded. Light and works for our 70 lb pup, Slobbermouth.

We have a PetStep ramp that works well for our dogs. PetSTEP Folding Pet Ramps

I suggest that you avoid ramps with a sandpaper like surface - our dogs would not use them.

We rigged up a way to attach the ramp to the side of our top 5th wheel step so that humans could use the steps and our dog could use the ramp - not an ideal setup, but workable..

There was a sandpaper surface on ours. We used Liquid Nails to attach some carpet scraps. Works just fine.

We have a 2006 Tiffin Allegro Open Road Class A. We tried the folding ramp and found it cumbersome and after the DW pinched her fingers while folding it a couple of times we purchased the below XL telescoping ramp. Our Golden Retriever (80 #'s) and our English Black Lab (120 #'s) had no problems using it even with the sandpaper type surface.
