Looking for a windshield washer/wiper switch

Our National Tropical 2008 needs a windshield washer/wiper wiper switch 039457. It is the washer part that is broken. I replaced the actual washer motor (which oddly enough is the same one as our '96 Geo Tracker). It has the number 039457 on it and a Logo letter R. I have seen nothing like it. It is 5" long and 2 3/4 " wide.

I could simply install a momentary switch on the dash but the process it goes through is complex involving turning the wipers on along with the washer and then off after a time so it would be awkward.

My apologies for asking before doing a full search for it on my own. I could not find any reference to that number or description but later I tried using the Image part of a search engine and under RV Windshield wiper washer switch there were a few pictures. four of them were used and one new. If you need one here it is. They must be common among the big rigs. Thank you all for putting up with me over the years. May you have a happy thanksgiving or the harvest celebration of your choice.

Thank you. That has a lot of info also. I was not able to get that number to work with the Denso parts website but I did find one searching on the number you provided. Turns out that it shows up under the Denso number you provided but not under the number on the case or other numbers or descriptions. Strange. I have ordered it. I appreciate the help.
