I have found a 2007 Nathional SeaBreeze LX 8321 on Workhorse Chassis. It has 1007,000 miles on it and the owner has shared maintenance records from previous owner and himself. I have asked for many pictures and have them. He is asking $ 28,000. How to I find out if this is a good price? It is in good shape except for some minor damage where he turned on a gas post but is very repairable with my skills.
Any opinions if this price is close to fair. I will have to fly from Nash. TN to Arizona to buy it so am doing all the study I can.

have you checked the NADA book for there value. Also check similar one's in the RV trader. PPL has a list of Motorhomes and what they sold for if they sold one similar to what you're looking at. Ask if anyone on the web site is in the area and would go by and look at it for you.

I was going to ask $29,000 for my 2004 Monaco with the Workhorse chassis so I think that's a fair price.

Have you done anything about buying it since you last posted on 1/6/23?

I did try NADA and it would not give me any values with mileage

I have asked for more pictures but extended my stay in Florida and decided to hold off on buying it. Beginning to question if I even want it 34' long. Really prefer 30 or 32. Yes I know that seems silly but we do camp in an older federal campground with not many long spots.
