Loose passenger mirror

Driving our motor Home back from service. We had a few bumps along the way and the passenger mirror began to move out after every bump. The mount to the body is tight. It is just the mirror housing portion. I can see the screw in the swivel portion. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I had the set screws come loose a couple of times for my mirrors. Finely replace with new ones no problems since.
