Lost Power to tail lights and top marker lights when installing new backup camera

Hi. On my 2005 Dolphin am replacing the wired backup camera with a new wireless one. I removed the old camera, then cut the 12V power wires to my top center marker light, intending to use them to power the wireless backup camera. Now I've lost power to all my top marker lights and my tail lights. Troubleshooting, I reinstalled the original system (minus any camera) but lights still don't work. All other lights work including side markers, top front markers, and front headlights. I checked that all fuses are intact. Can anyone help?

Maybe there is a hidden fuse that I haven't discovered? All relevant fuses I know of are under the panel in the driver's side dashboard.

Do you have a panel on top of the dash over the instrument cluster? If so there are fuses in there.

Check the fuse panel under the hood , it will be on the drivers side . Also if you have a volt meter check to see if there is 12VDC on the wire you cut , if so you have lost the ground .

Thanks so much! I didn't know about the external fuse box. I found it under the hood. There is a RH Tail 5A fuse and a LH Tail 5A fuse. The LH Tail fuse was blown. I replaced it and now everything works.
