Lounge Chair part needed.....

I will post a photo later, if I don't get any responses on this.

The plastic release for the Lounge chair rotation has broken. It's the black plastic part, mounted with two screws, on the left side of the chair, with a lever and cable connection going down under the chair to release the rotation catch. This same part is mounted on the right side of the chair that releases the catch allowing the chair to move foeward and backward. There is at least 4 of these plastic parts mounted on the driver and passenger seats, as well.

Does anyone know a source of supply for these parts? Rook

I gave it a pretty good search and didn't find any with the paddle handle and the sheet metal mounting bracket. You may have to use one of the newer types like Richard pointed to or perhaps a ring pull type. I'd do a recessed type, even though it's gonna mean cutting the chair. You can get an idea of the job by removing the power seat control on the driver's side seat. This will at least let you see how the seat's made. You may also want to try calling Colaw and see if they have any, they will defiantly need a picture, but the last time I was there they had three or four Tradewinds of the right vintage.

Here is a link to the offers to sell what you may have to settle for.

recliner pull cable | eBay

Sorry it's not better news.

Replaced the cable for the drivers seat, found the exact cable at www.kustomfit.com. Replaced both the swivel and reclining cables, ordering extra cables. 2006 National Sea Breeze.
