On my National Dolphin, the wheels are painted steel with stainless steel wheel covers. Two of the wheel cover "lug nuts" are used to hold the wheel covers on and the rest are fake. The real lug nuts are underneath once you get the wheel cover off. My coach came with a tool for removing the two wheel cover nuts. You don't need an impact wrench to remove those.

You'll want a heavy duty T bar lug wrench, or 3/4 or 1" drive tools to loosen lug nuts. Harbor freight has a reasonable priced 1" set that will NOT break on lug nuts, only problem is the sockets are probably too large, and you'd have to buy a different set of impact sockets. Their 3/4 set will include the correct sockets.

Torque Multiplier works great to break them loose! I have the 61:1 ratio one!
