Main Slide Vertical Adjustment

I need to raise the front of my main slide about 1/8 inch. The trim on the slide barely misses the piano hinge on the basement door when sliding in. This adjustment would match the gap between the slide trim and the hinge at the rear of the slide.

Does this bracket on the slide look right? Is that the factory bracket? The rear one looks the same. Is that one large bolt all that holds the adjustment in place? The smaller bolt on top doesn't seem to be anything other than some sort of stop when slid in.

Yes it is correct , I adjusted ours with the help of my 13 year old grandson LOL .
You will need a bottle jack and some type of timber , I used a 4X4 cut to fit under the jack and the flat plate were the large bolt goes through . Put just a little pressure on the jack , the loosen the bolt , raise the slide with the jack and retighten the bolt . It took us three tries to get it were I wanted . If you place pencil or sharpie mark across the large washer onto the flat plate you can gauge how much you move the slide and adjust the amount you move it To get the desired adjustment . The bolt will require an impact or large pull bar or ratchet to loosen and you need a large torque wrench is best for retighten . The clamping force of the bolt is all that keeps the slide from moving down so it needs to be tight . If memory serves its a 7/8 inch grade 8 bolt .
You can P.M. me you number if you have questions on the adjustment .
Hope this helps .
