National Sea Breeze 2005 Motorhome

We have been full timing for about 4 months now. I limped, figuratively, back into town to see an orthopedic doctor and in two days I am having a full hip replacement. We have been loaned the use of a house for 10 days and will park the coach 100 yards down the road. My wife and I will stay in the house, have access to our stuff on the motorhome and be able to keep an eye on it. I am trying to figure out what I need to do.

Nighttime temperatures are predicted to be just above freezing. I'm primarily concerned about the batteries. I will not be able to hookup to electric... except maybe to drive near the house every 3 days or so. Should I "disconnect?" Will the fridge still work off of propane in "disconnect?" How about the furnace? Will that save the batteries?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

For 10 days just use the battery disconnect. If you have to keep stuff in fridge, empty it and keep it at house. Your fridge won't work on disconnect. You didn't mention your location. Are you staying at house because you can't climb into RV?
