National M34L VIN/Tag

I'm got a 2008 National Dolphin M34L from the in-laws and trying to bring it into California. Went to register it and they declined due to a lack of Federal Safety Sticker. I can't find one anywhere on the coach. The VIN tag is fine but they said I can't bring it into the state without it having a Federal sticker on it.
I was told its much like cars from the 80's and 90's that had 48 state smog tags on them. CA wouldn't accept them without the 50 state tag. Apparently this needs something similar on it..
The crazy part is it was originally registered in CA but then went out of state.

Any idea where on the coach a fed sticker might be found? Not in the door jamb or under the hood that I can see.

Thanks for any assistance. Without this sticker we will have to decline the gift and they will just dump it on a dealer out of state.

No way don't do that, that coach was built in CA. Look in the cabinet above the driver seat. Also look for this oval sticker somewhere near the entry door. I forget off hand what it states but it is a standard that coaches are built to. Someone else will chime in and fill in that blank. My picture won't post but it's oval.

The oval sticker by the door is just the RVIA sticker... Doesn't count.

Its in the cabinet over the drivers seat..
