Here goes the steel is 16 or 18 gage, 24in. x 4in. and as you can see by the pics. I matched the holes in the plate that mounts the shock to the door and staggerd holes from one end to the other. I used Gorilla Glue and screws to help secure the plate to the door. It seems to be working the doors have not gotten any worse. I did this back in Mid 08. Hope this helps Good Luck, Ken.

Help with information/manuals for 08 Tropical 36C

I am new here and recently purchased an 08 Nat'l Tropical 36C. The problem is I was not provided with any manuals. I have found some info on here already that was helpful but was hoping to find more from the members here who have experience with my rig. Any help would be GREAT!

I took my RV on a trip last week and when I was getting it unhooked from electrical power, my cabin a/c unit no longer worked with the generator.

Does anyone know where the fuses are for the cabin a/c unit (I have two and haven't had an opportunity to check the bedroom a/c to see if it is working with the generator running; but I know that the living area a/c unit no longer works.

Could this be as simple as a fuse?

It would help to post your coach make, year, and model to help zero in on the problem.

Just a WARNING! Now when you try to download a National brochure you get a down load for "imesh" to download all types of things, music etc. The problem is it is almost impossible to remove from your computer, took me several attempts to get rid of it and it never did download the brochure.

I went back again and this link worked as before, no Imesh. If you try it and it wants you to download "imesh" don't fall for it.

Yep those are the pictures I took while it was in process. The guy you saw is named Raymond and he did all the painting by himself. He doesn't own the shop, but he did the paint work. That's our $7,500.00 paint job in about fourteen mins.

Thanks Dick !

For posting the Tradewinds documents. I have a 2006 Tradewinds but it looks like I can use a lot of the information.
