We would love to join-in but 2010 is not in the cards. We retire June 2011 & plan full-time. Hopefully we can join you in 2011.
The NW would be great in Summer. Might be able to plan a gathering at a Thousand Trails park without breaking the bank.

OK we have plans for three of us, sgtjoe, VegasDan, and Theberrys. We have made plans and reservations to meet at Navajo Lake State Park in New Mexico, (Close to the four corners) on July 30th through Aug 2nd or 3rd. I think Dan and Joe are leaving on the 2nd and theberrys are leaving on the 3rd.

Right now everyone is in the Pine Main Campground, but if more join there is room in the Cottonwood Campground, about 6 or 7 big electric level sites, no sewer but there is a dump station in both campgrounds. Pine Main is right on the lake and Cottonwood is on the river below the dam. It's not far between the two sites so getting together wouldn't be a problem.

Here is a link to the Park's Web site.

For fly fishermen the river below the dam is recognized as some of the best Trout Fishing in the country and Cottonwood is walking distance to that great fishing.

I thought I was first in line for the next paint job.... I have spent most of the weekend removing the old graphics. You want to talk about having fun. Nothing like 10 year old sun cooked graphics coming off inch by inch.

Bill

I went to the link for your Photos but either I don't know what I'm doing or that is the general page. How do I see your Pictures?

Thanks Dick

We had to move our campground to the Cottonwood camp. Still some sites available if any others want to join in.

Like Dick and Dan say we moved to a bigger area and some have elect & water. This is our first try for a Rally. It will be interesting to see what the others have done to update/improve their MH's. Once again I will be the minority coach being the original color of the Tradewinds. I have a hunch when the BOSS see's what the other two have done with the exteriors of their coaches, it may well be one of the most expensive trips we've made since we bought this baby.

They still have plenty of sites left and it would be fun to meet some of the rest of you. So bring your Orphan Nationals (all of them) and lets have some fun and share what we have done to our babies or learn just how easy or difficult that thing we want to do to the coach really is. We can call this "THE FIRST ORPHAN RALLY".

P.S. If I can figure out how to replace the belts in my CAT 300 3126 rear radiator, there will be an instructional seminar. lol

These are huge sites. Of the three we have the smallest is 43 X 50 and the biggest is 43 X 70. Plenty of room for relaxing. At $14.00 a nite with Electricity and water but no sewer.

There will be a slight change to the seminar at the Rally on changing fan belts on the 3126 300 CAT, it will not be instructional. It will be all about the mechanic with the 4 12 foot arms and extended eyeballs and ofcourse how to fill out the loan application.

I'm going to bring my camp chair and a pair of pliers.

Moral support, and just in case the fasteners loosen on my camp chair from laughing too much.
