Does anyone know if or where National RV may have deposited funds to cover first year warranties on new motor homes? We had never heard of this until we had an RV service center call for pre-authorization for a repair we need.
Any information will be appreciated.

I COULD be wrong.....
1st. year warranties on the motorhome is covered my the motorhome maker. NationaRV is no longer. So.....
Extended warranties are covered by an outside company....I never buy them...but some people swear by them. In my case, the dealer wanted something like $2200 for a 2 year extended something. To replace my fridge wouldn't come anywhere near that. But that's the way I look at things.

If you bought the National RV product from a (previously) NationalRV dealer, then they MIGHT cover things, purely for "customer relations". I don't know.

Good luck

What was the repair? If it was on an appliance or chassis item, it could be covered by a separate warranty.

First of all, thanks for the replies.
Online I found a letter that NRV wrote to their dealerships that states that there would be no warranties on motor homes sold after the bankruptcy was filed.
The dealership we bought the coach from is not in business now.
We had a fresh water line break and the extended warranty company is refusing to pay for the repair. My husband is not able to make these repairs any longer so we had to have it done.
Now we'll pursue reimbursement for the amount over our deductible.
