I have a 2002 Tradewinds LTC. I have some dual pane window seals that are bulged inward. I have heard of others with the same problem, some who have seals that are broken. As I understand it, there was a bad batch of windows but don't know what years are effected. Ours has been great. It drives nice, has plenty of power and is very comfortable.

Hi Joe,
About a month ago we purchased our 2001 Tradewinds LTC 39' with a 330 CAT. We just returned from a 800 mile trip and are very pleased with it. It has 54K and if there is any drawback, the front end seems to have a little "play" in it. Everything else worked flawlessly after we figured out how to work everything. It has a full cap fiberglass roof - a real plus over rubber - easier to clean etc. We are also impressed with the amount of storage space, both inside and under the coach.

We had anticipated purchasing a DP for about a year and did alot of research and looked at numerous used coaches. The three we were considering were: Newmar Dutch Star, Tiffin Allegro Bus and the Tradewinds. 2001 was the first year for the LTC and it is loaded. We travel about eight mos. of the year and are now in the process of going fulltime, so we are very pleased with the Tradewinds and feel it will serve us well.

If you can get the VIN # you can call CAT or Cummings to find out if there have been any problems with the diesel.

Our previous MH was a 34 ft. 2000 National Sea View gas, which we owned for five years so we are familiar with National products. Their MHs are good quality and give you alot for the money.
