new awning installed by camping world

i know everyone pretty much hates camping world. i also dont care for them.

but i had them install a new awning about a year ago. it seemed fine when
it was installed.

now i notice that when i put the awning out it has a big crease or wrinkle right
in the middle of the awning. is this something i can fix? or should i take it
back to camping world and make them fix it?

what would cause a wrinkle or crease in the middle of the awning?

thanks for any help or solution to this problem. i know this should not have
a crease in it? what would cause this wrinkle? thanks again

I would take it back because they at times screw up.
I had a new Awning installed a few years ago and I was going through some of my past bills that I had received from Camping World and I took a second look at the one which put the Awing on and I saw where they charge $40 .00 to get rid of the old one. But as I was going down the list of items and saw to my surprise that they charge me twice for the same thing.

Camping World installing New Awning

I had Camping World replace my large awning a few year ago and just a few weeks ago I was going through the folder I use for keeping track of what I spend on my 36' Dolphin well, while I was going through a list of things that Camping World had replaced for me and to my surprised that they double charge me for getting rid of the old awning and I never took the time to check my receipt.
Case in point be sure to check your receipt before you leave any cash register.
