New Roof Replacement

I have a 97 Dolphin that's in fairly good shape but it's in need of a new roof replacement. The cost for the new roof will be around $8000 Is it better to put the money into a newer coach or fix the roof?

Only you can answer this question. Do you like the coach? How long do you expect to keep it or a replacement? Is this it's only real issue? Do want to start over with the unknowns of a new to you coach.

Roof

I bought the two part rollable EPDM coating. Assuming you have an EPDM roof. Ir was easy to install and is holding up well. Before coating it was full if small cracks. It took a whole Saturday with prep and cutting in around vents etc.

Roof

I would not spend 8k on a 97 coach roof. Has the roof leaked and damaged the structure? Is that Rhino lined or something? Maybe look at some newer coaches before dropping 8k? Deals can be found and your old coach can be sold as-is.
If you can't find a good deal on a newer rig then shop for a cheaper roof deal. I could probably go up there with a staple gun and 10 tubes of Dicor to get it by.

After looking a the cost of upgrading to a newer coach $$ We decided to put the new roof on the one we have. It's paid for.
