In my 06 dolphin you need both chassis and house power for it come on. Make sure house disconnect switch by door is on.

So I am out of options and not sure why the constant battery wire is not getting enough volts. What I did is plugged in the wire harness to the radio and ran a wire from the 12v battery positive terminal to the radio constant 12v wire and it worked! so, at this point I am thinking of connecting the wire directly to the battery and leave it at that.
