No Shore power

First time posting so here goes. I am curious if any National owners can lend thier expertise in the field of no shore power versus generator power. When plugged in to the shore power source(it check out ok for power) we get no 110 power to the RV although when the generator is running we have full power. Previously had shore power at a camp ground, now nothing when plugged in. I have checked the breaker in the bedroom and under the sink and they are ok. I also checked where the power cord goes into the RV and there is power there.
Could there be another breaker that I am missing or not aware of that you all might be? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Side note: I did a search and the power issues that I found on the different posts don't seem to match my issue. If there is in fact a post that you can refer me to I would appreciate that direction as well.

Had shore power now don't but have AC Power when generator is running

Auto Transfer Switch (ATS)

Priority is Gen so when gen is running it swaps to gen side

Then when you shut down gen and have Shore Power available the 'ATS' should swap to shore side

Bad relays, bad contacts=bad ATS

ATS is a metal box where Shore Wiring & Gen wiring go to...then wiring From ATS goes to Main AC Panel

Sounds like your transfer switch is not working. It switches power from genny to shore power and vice versa. You should hear a loud clunk when it switches

If all works on generator the problem is in or before the transfer switch.

Pedistal -> power cord -> transfer switch -> main breaker / breaker panel.

I will be checking to see if I have a transfer switch and go from there to trace out the problem. I appreciate all the feed back. Thanks to all!

There are 2 contactors inside the switch with multiple contacts on each it’s possible a loose wire or bad contact on the shore power contactor inside could be the issue.

Either has a ATS OR has to Manually plug power cord inti gen outlet in order for gen to provide power

Any ideas where this metal junction box/ transfer switch might be so I can check the contacts and so forth. Once again thanks for the help.

Thanks so much for all the feed back and assistance. Sooooooo We started from the power pedistal and worked our way to the RV power cord. I mis spoke before in saying that we check power from the pedistal to the RV. Needless to say the problem is fixed and it was just a loose wire on the cord itself not making the connection needed to supply power. Rookie mistake and lesson learned. Don't overthink things and start simple.
Thanks again for all the input and suggestions, now we have gained just a bit more knowledge in RV journey.
